How long does page approval take?
Most submissions are reviewed within 2–5 business days. Complex or incomplete listings may take longer.
Can I edit my page after submission?
Yes. Sign in and open Manage Your Page to update details. Major changes may be reviewed again before going live.
Why is my page still inactive?
New listings stay inactive until moderation is complete. Check Manage Your Page for the current status.
How do I get an Official badge?
Official badges are granted when you represent an authorised party office, council, or representative account.
Is listing really free?
Yes. HIT Civic Directory listings are free for civic groups, parties, councils, and representative pages.
How do I report a misleading page?
Use the Support page to contact our team with the page name, URL, and a short explanation of the issue.
